GutenDev’s Digital Product’s sells and distribution — Terms and Conditions

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. We are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 7 days of your original purchase.

A couple of small points:

  • We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket.
  • Refunds may only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days no refunds can be processed.
  • REMEMBER to deactivate and uninstall the product from your website once you appeal for a refund. It is a must and by the date of deactivation. You shall not reactivate or install or download the product if you seek the refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products.
  • Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  • Refunds do not apply to product bundles.
  • You must open a support ticket for the refund; contacting over email or such will not be treated as a valid refund request.

Our plugins and themes have the live demo pages and you can always try the plugin before you make any decision. 

We advise you to check the live demo properly if they fulfill your needs. We have an awesome support team to help you with any sort of queries before and after purchasing our products. You can directly send us an email to info@gutendev.com or open a support ticket. 

We have a very simple and plain refund policy. 

Since we sell and distribute digital products, usually no return of these products as once downloaded, no one can guarantee it is not used or reverse-engineered. But still, we care about your investment on a theme or a plugin we sell. We give you 7 days full refund if you abide by the following conditions. 

  1. If you have not bought the product with any sort of coupon or discount. 
  2. If our support team is unable to solve the problem you have using our products. 
  3. If any 3rd party theme or plugin or other software causes problems with our plugins, we deny refunding. 
  4. If you fail to provide any evidence that our products are not working on your end. 
  5. We may refuse to refund clients who act in bad faith or misused the services
  6. Refunds may only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days no refunds can be processed.
  7. We do not refund auto-renewal payments for any product.

However, we might invite you to suggest to us how to improve ourselves while refunding. Also, we would really appreciate if you give insights on what made you ask for a refund

Acceptance of this Policy 

When you are placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy properly. This also proves that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

We ask you not to place an order with us if you do not agree with the terms and conditions. If any of the above criteria are met, then you are eligible for a refund. Please use the contact form and we will reply within 2 working days.
